These are extremely challenging times, and OpenSkies has also been hit hard. Due to the restrictions on air travel, most airlines have grounded large parts of their fleets over the past few months. Fortunately, the OpenSkies team has managed to stay healthy, and our staff have remained available 24/7. We’ve been hard at work repatriating travelers, issuing vouchers, and making sure our customers get the refunds they are entitled to. Our team has also made good use of the lockdown period by taking lots of online training courses and implementing a number of new systems. After having spent the last several months closely monitoring the rapidly changing coronavirus measures and travel restrictions for each destination we service, we are now looking ahead.
